Payment policy: the advance payment for the first night is necessary to guarantee the reservation. You can make the payment of the deposit with credit card (Visa / Mastercard) or by bank transfer.
By providing us with your card details you authorise us to carry out the corresponding deposit charge.
If you choose bank transfer mode, we will contact you and provide the corresponding bank details.
Bookings made less than 72 hours in advance may only be guaranteed with credit card.
The rest of the stay will be paid the day of arrival.
If your arrival is after 10pm, you will be charged €20 extra. We accept arrivals until 2am. From 2am until 10pm we do not accept arrivals.
The Last Minute rates or Early Booking rates cannot be refunded, cancelled or modified and prepayment is requested at the time of booking.
Long Stay rates require a prepayment of 20% of the total booking amount.
