This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

In-Room Features

The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.

Which service is included in the price?

In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.

Parking

We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

Really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Yes they are basic but clean, everything you need and a well maintained complex where the staff could not have been more helpful.

Excellent Value

We have visited Las Palmeras a number of times and will continue to do so if we can. It has all we need for a relaxing holiday with very friendly and helpful staff. Just a short walk to the fabulous beaches and the lively seafront.

Another lovely stay

Esther and her sister have exceptional apartments, first class, they cannot do enough for you and a great selection of books in reception. Have stayed here a few times and enjoyed this year very much. Will return next year hopefully

Alles zoals altijd weer goed!! 1 min punt is toch de slecht werkende wifi en zelfs de TV die geen signaal heeft. Verder is alles schoon netjes en prima komen in de zomer graag weer terug.
