This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

In-Room Features

The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.

Which service is included in the price?

In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.

We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

My Stay

Hi!.. Have to say, really enjoyed my stay in your place last January, The location absolutely perfect and so quiet. The apartment was very clean, even though in the bedroom the wall at the rear was chalky when you went to rub it. Was that due to dampness??? Would be great if the Wi-Fi was better in the apartment itself. One other thing, and maybe my imagination but I thought a coupe of times my bed clothes were damp, not dried properly. Overall everything was great, and I have already booked for next year.

We love our holidays at Las Palmeras. The apartments are basic but very clean. There was building work at the apartments. This did not affect our holiday.

As always we were delighted with our stay in Las Palmeras and Esther looked after us very well. The apartment was spotless and the location is very peceful but also close to the beach and all other amenities. We have been coming herer for the past 10 years and it never disappoints.

Our Happy Place

Our 3rd stay at Las Palmeras was perfect as always. A small complex that is spotlessly clean, very quiet & peaceful. It is everything we want from a holiday. The spacious apartment has everything you need for a self catering break, with such comfortable beds. Any issues are dealt with super quickly in a friendly manner. The cleaners do a fantastic job, their attention to detail is exceptional. It is a family business & sisters Esther & Aura are on hand daily , they are super friendly & genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. In reception there is a vast range of reading books & information about the resort. The complex is perfectly located for bars, restaurants, beach & the harbour. Cant wait to return later this year, this is our happy place ????
