Our Junior Suites are located with two on the first floor and one on the second floor.
One of the suites is a duplex with a living room, courtesy bathroom, and fireplace on the ground floor, and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. 
One suite has a bedroom separate from the living room, equipped with a fireplace, bathroom, and toilet, with views of the back of the hotel. 
One suite has no physical separation between the living room and bedroom but features a fireplace and views of Plaza de Cort (the room is adapted for people with reduced mobility) and a double shower in the bathroom. This suite includes a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. 
All suites have wardrobes containing a safe with a socket for your laptop or mobile device, a wine cellar, and a minibar. They also feature a 32” SmartTV to which you can connect your favorite tablet or mobile device. The desk has a LAN Internet connection, in addition to free WIFI access. 
The bedroom has a King size bed with luxurious sheets, as well as a cordless phone. The bathroom has a shower or double shower, underfloor heating, an electric heater for your towel, and is equipped with Egyptian cotton towels and luxury bath products, a magnifying mirror with lighting, and a hairdryer. 
The air conditioning and heating can be manually adjusted and there is a coffee maker and kettle available upon request.

This is our 70m2 duplex suite located on the upper floor with views of Plaza de Cort. It features a private rooftop terrace of 20 m2 with panoramic views of the center of Palma and the sea, with a private Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sun loungers, tables, and chairs; a living room with a fireplace; and a freestanding tub in the open bathroom. Color scheme: blue.

Our Island Suite is our main or top suite, located along the fourth and fifth floors with a rooftop terrace on the sixth floor. 
Upon entering the living room, it offers a great view over Plaza de Cort with the Town Hall and the terrace of our hotel restaurant. 
The living room has a fireplace and a library with an exclusive wine cellar and integrated minibar. 
There is a 40” SmartTV where you can connect your tablet or another personal device. 
Free WIFI in the suite, plus a LAN internet connection at the desk; we provide a coffee maker and kettle upon request. Going up the stairs, you enter the bedroom with a King Size bed with luxurious sheets and windows with panoramic views of Palma's rooftops. 
The room has an additional 32” SmartTV and a cordless phone. 
The bathroom is an open space with a shower and a freestanding tub capable of accommodating two people, with radiant heating in the floor and an electric towel warmer, a magnifying mirror with lighting, and Egyptian cotton towels and luxury bath products. 
The large wardrobe integrates perfectly into the open concept of the room and includes a safe with a plug to connect your laptop or mobile device. 
Moving a little further, we find access to the rooftop terrace where you'll find your private jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a bistro-style table. From the terrace, you have 360-degree views.

We have 1 Suite per floor (first, second, and third; 2 of them offer one or two balconies with views of the Town Hall and Plaza de Cort as well as the hotel restaurant terrace. The living room offers a seating area with a sofa bed suitable for 2 people and an armchair in front of the bookshelf equipped with a luxurious wine cooler and minibar. They have a 32-inch Smart TV on which you can connect your tablet or favorite electronic device. At the table, we offer additional LAN internet connection in addition to the free WIFI connection in your room. The bedroom has a King Size bed equipped with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and an additional 32-inch Smart TV as well as a cordless phone on the bedside table. The bathroom has a shower or double shower, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, and is equipped with towels and an Egyptian cotton bathrobe as well as luxurious amenities, a magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer. In one of our suites, you will find an additional bathtub. The air conditioning and heating can be controlled manually, and we offer a coffee maker and kettle subject to availability.

The Cocoon is a quiet room with a view of the inner courtyard. It features a 46” SmartTV that allows you to transform the room into your private cinema.

Our Intimate Suites are located at the back of the hotel with views of the courtyard or 'the city behind the city.' They are very quiet rooms.
One of them features a furnished terrace with hammocks. All of them have a large wardrobe where you will find a safe with an integrated socket to connect your laptop or mobile device. 
The living room has a comfort area with a sofa bed for 2 people, an armchair in front of the fireplace, and a library with an exclusive wine cellar and minibar. There is also a 32 or 40” SmartTV that you can connect your tablet or favorite personal device to. 
The desk has LAN internet connection, as well as free WIFI connection. The bedroom has a Queen or King Size bed with luxurious sheets and an additional 32 or 40” SmartTV, as well as a cordless phone. All of them have two bathrooms where you will find a shower or double shower, underfloor heating, an electric towel warmer, and are equipped with Egyptian cotton towels and luxury bath products, a magnifying mirror with lighting, and a hairdryer. 
In addition, the bathrooms of the Intimate Suites have a bathtub. One of the Intimate Suites can connect to our 'The Cocoon' to create a two-bedroom suite where guests have a part of the second floor to themselves.
