1.- The prices and amounts of the reservation already include taxes.
2.- When you check in on the day of arrival, the hotel reception will verify the reservation details, and you will have to settle the bill for your stay if you have not previously made a payment for the total reservation.
3.- The prices have been applied according to date(s), night(s), type of room, type of guest, type of meal plan, and if applicable, supplements or services selected at the time you made the reservation.
The prices do not include other optional services that you have not included in your reservation (such as parking, minibar, or others). Modifications to reservations are always subject to availability and must be made before the cancellation deadline - the prices/conditions in effect on the modification date apply. Extensions of stay: confirm directly with the hotel and may be subject to availability.
If during your stay you decide to leave early, the hotel is not obligated to refund the difference for the remaining days of your stay.
4.- Reservations for more than 5 rooms are considered group reservations and may require a prepayment of part of the total when booking.
5.- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations when we suspect that a customer may engage in or compromise fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or in other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain errors or are the result of a mistake. Furthermore, the customer authorizes Hotel Cort to charge an amount of €0.10 on the credit card provided during the reservation process to verify its validity and effectiveness. This charge will be immediately refunded to the customer.
6.- By completing the reservation form, the customer accepts and authorizes Hotel Cort to use and process the personal data provided in an automated manner for the purpose of managing the requested reservation and providing the contracted accommodation service. In the event that the customer expressly authorizes the sending of commercial communications, their personal data will also be processed to provide information about offers, promotions, and news about our services. The customer may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability, and objection to the processing of their personal data by sending an email to info@hotelcort.com.
