Las Palmeras es un pequeño complejo de 19 apartamentos, situado en la calle Princesa Guayarmina nº 2 de Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Su céntrica ubicación, le permiten visitar con comodidad las zonas más características del lugar: aproximadamente a 400 metros se encuentra el pueblo marinero El Varadero y a tan sólo 200 metros la Avenida de las Playas, donde podrá disfrutar de una gran variedad de tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

Servicios en habitación

Los apartamentos están equipados con toallas de baño, aunque no de playa. En la cocina encontrará paños de cocina, detergente y esponja. Sin embargo, no proporcionamos sal, azúcar, o cualquier otro producto alimenticio o de higiene personal.

¿Qué servicios incluye la reserva?

Se incluye servicio de limpieza 3 días por semana (con cambio de sábanas un día a la semana y cambio de toallas en cada limpieza). Cada apartamento dispone de caja fuerte. También ofrecemos gratuitamente conexión WIFI inalámbrica en zonas comunes y terrazas. Con coste adicional, ponemos a su disposición servicio de lavandería (autoservicio) y servicio extra de limpieza o reposición de toallas.

Parking

No disponemos de plazas de aparcamiento; no obstante, puede aparcar con comodidad en los aparcamientos públicos que encontrará en la calle de entrada a los apartamentos.

Lovely Apartment Complex

These apartments are quiet, very clean and the staff are very friendly. Just 5 minutes walk from the seafront yet quiet and private. The apartments are clean and well kitted out with maid service three times per week. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and staff. Free safe and wifi is good. Highly recommended.

Zum 2 Mal sehr zufrieden

Schöne , ruhige und saubere Anlage mit sehr gutem Service. Die Appartments sind gut ausgestattet. Jedes hat eine kleine Terrase mit Möbeln und Sonnenschirm. Neue Küche mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Geschirr und Kochutensilien im ausreichenden Maße vorhanden. Sehr gute Matratzen. Angenehm saubere Bettwäsche und Tücher. Uns hat hier sehr gefallen. Liebe Grüße an Esther. Sie ist stets bemüht Ihren Gästen den Aufenhalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Perfect holiday

This is the second time we have stayed here and each time it has been perfect. Esther at reception is a lovely person very pleasant and helpful. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need. The pool area is nice and no problem getting a sunbed. Would certainly stay here again.

Great stay

These apartments are perfectly located in a quite part of Puerto del Carmen but quite close to shops bars and beach all only a few mins walk away the apartments are well kept and very quite pool area over all a gem and Esther in reception is outstanding person looking forward to returning again in June

Fantastic place

We stayed at the las palmeras for five days we had to cut our holiday as my mum passed away while we were there. But we really enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely stay there again. The apartment was no3 and it was spotlessly clean and the location is fantastic ,all the staff were friendly and helpful and very quite around the pool and around and felt safe around the area ,me and my wife would recommend staying here 100. Thanks for a great holiday Darren and Helen
