Establecimiento muy recomendado.El sitio es muy bonito y limpio, el personal es muy amable y servicial, el sitio es perfecto para descubrir La Laguna a pie y cerca del tramvia.

Reception staff were very helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well kept. The bedroom was spacious and airy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Limpieza inmejorable, atención por su personal excelente. El único pero que dormir una siesta es imposible porque su patio ínterior es cafetería.Por la noche el descanso fue silencioso y en unas camas muy cómodas. El desayuno bueno. Se repetirá.

Loved this hotel. Very nicely restored building. Spacious room overlooking the pedestrian street which was great. Good shower and very comfortable bed. I agree that earplugs come in handy for light sleepers, I wore mine and had a great nights sleep. Really enjoyed the breakfast and Jenifer on reception was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here when in La Laguna again

Comfortable and clean, as always. Good breakfast, amd the fresh-orange-juice machine is great. The wifi didnt work at all, which was annoying. The evening receptionist was very helpful in researching restaurants for me! Please pass on my thanks to her!
