Este elegante complejo de Bungalows VELÁZQUEZ, situado a la misma orilla de playa de Puerto del Carmen, en Lanzarote, es un fabuloso proyecto del célebre artista Cesar Manrique, con el que alcanza una perfecta integración entre arquitectura y naturaleza, ya que esta fascinante construcción no se eleva sobre la Avda. de Las Playas.
Ideal para el relax y descanso está enclavado estratégicamente cerca de Restaurantes, pubs, discotecas, Casino, etc.

Acerca de Bungalows Velázquez
El complejo fue diseñado por el reconocido artista internacional César Manrique, Data del año 1981, y mantiene, pese a las reformas anuales fuera y dentro de los bungalows para la mejora de su servicio, la imagen tradicional de 32 casitas blancas y terrazas con carpintería verde al borde del mar.
Desde el complejo se accede a unas pequeñas playas, y justo al lado, a 50 metros se encuentra la famosa playa grande de Puerto del Carmen, con hamacas e infinidad de actividades acuáticas.
En frente de Velázquez, y a lo largo de toda la Avenida Principal junto a las playas, se localizan restaurantes, tiendas, bares, farmacias, autobuses y taxis, etc... Fácil acceso a pié a todos estos lugares
Los bungalows cuentan con solarium, hamacas y sombrillas, una picina de niños separada de una para adultos. Ambas de agua dulce y climatizables en el invierno. El acceso a la piscina de adultos está potegido por una pequeña cancela cerrada con llave para la seguridad de los niños.

Recepción con horario limitado (09:00-13:00) & (17:00-19:00). Siempre se debe contactar con la misma para informar sobre vuelo y hora de llegada para organizar la entrega de las llaves y abrir portón de acceso al complejo.

Hay 3 tipos de bungalows en Velázquez, todos con cocina completamente equipada, 1 baño, ( Todos con Ducha), salón y terraza con mobiliario:
Bungalow de 2 dormitorios, ( 1 cama doble + 2 camas). Máximo 4 personas + 1 bebé. ( Bebés se consideran de 0 a 1.99 años. A partir de 2 años el niño duerme en cama). Una cuna máxima por bungalow
Bungalow de 1 dormitorio, ( 2 camas). Máximo 2 personas + 1 bebé,( Bebés se consideran de 0 a 1.99 años. A partir de 2 años el niño duerme en cama). Una cuna máxima por bungalow
Dúplex Suite de 2 dormitorios y dos baños , Máximo 5 personas. ( 1 cama doble + 2 camas). Cuenta además con una tercera cama extra para adulto o niño mayor de 11 años. La Suite no admite niños menores de 11 años y no es apta para personas de movilidad reducida ya que en su interior hay una escalera en espiral que une las dos plantas de la Suite.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, everything was beyond our expectations. The layout & furniture in the bungalow & terrace is really good & the cleanlines in the accommodation and around the grounds is of a really high standard, All staff were very polite,friendly & helpful. We are already looking forward to staying with you again, the next time we visit Lanzorate.

Peace and Beauty in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen

We stayed as a family with three older teenagers in the Suite Number 11. We all absolutely loved our stay here. The suite was very large, light and had a terrace that overlooked the top pool and had a lovely sea view towards the south of Puerto Del Carmen and the mountains on the south of the island. The apartment, pool area and garden complex were kept spotless by the cleaners and the maintenance team and the reception staff we met were very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a late check out for us on our last day. The complex provides a peaceful haven from the bars and restaurants of PDC. We never had any problems with noise late at night and were able to enjoy the Sunday afternoon saxophonist at Cafe La Ola next door from the comfort of our sun loungers around the pool. Other days there was no noise at all apart from the sea. The easy access to the beach was the best feature of the apartments - at both high and low tide it was easy to get in for a swim. The sea is absolutely crystal clear. The WiFi worked well, the beds were huge and super comfortable, the sofas and terrace furniture were good quality. For anyone else staying as a group of 5 in this apartment, the 5th bed is a full size single daybed which is in a large hallway at the bottom of the stairs the suite is living area at top and bedroomsbathrooms on ground floor. This area also has a wardrobe, mirrors and plug sockets. The two other bedrooms are off this hallway. We made it work for us with three teenagers so it shouldnt be a problem unless the 5th person wants a lot of privacy. In short, this was a peaceful and uplifting stay in a beautiful setting and we were very sorry to leave.
Our stay
