Las Palmeras es un pequeño complejo de 19 apartamentos, situado en la calle Princesa Guayarmina nº 2 de Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Su céntrica ubicación, le permiten visitar con comodidad las zonas más características del lugar: aproximadamente a 400 metros se encuentra el pueblo marinero El Varadero y a tan sólo 200 metros la Avenida de las Playas, donde podrá disfrutar de una gran variedad de tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

Los apartamentos están equipados con toallas de baño, aunque no de playa. En la cocina encontrará paños de cocina, detergente y esponja. Sin embargo, no proporcionamos sal, azúcar, o cualquier otro producto alimenticio o de higiene personal.
¿Qué servicios incluye la reserva?
Se incluye servicio de limpieza 3 días por semana (con cambio de sábanas un día a la semana y cambio de toallas en cada limpieza). Cada apartamento dispone de caja fuerte. También ofrecemos gratuitamente conexión WIFI inalámbrica en zonas comunes y terrazas. Con coste adicional, ponemos a su disposición servicio de lavandería (autoservicio) y servicio extra de limpieza o reposición de toallas.
Parking
No disponemos de plazas de aparcamiento; no obstante, puede aparcar con comodidad en los aparcamientos públicos que encontrará en la calle de entrada a los apartamentos.

Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal Carmen!, ausreichende Ausstattung, immerhin 2 dt. Fernsehprogramme während der WM eigentlich eine Katastrophe!. aber alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt zu einem günstigen Preis

Great apartment, very well equipped, very clean. Nice and quiet. We had an upstairs apartment this time and loved it. Esther at reception was most helpful and welcoming. If you need anything just ask they will do their best to accommodate you. Just a short walk to Spa and seafront. We will be back.

Always pleased with Las Plameras

My wife and I stayed for 10 nights and we had a very pleasant time. The same high standards are applied every time we visit Las Palmeras. The complex is always spotless and the apartments are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Esther and her colleagues are always prepared to address any problems, that may arise, in a very timely manner. It is through their commitment and attention to detail that ensures guests have a pleasant stay at Las Palmeras. Thank you once again.

Best apartments In Lanzarote

Myself and my hubby stayed here last week on a quick week away. It is our second time Staying and I again did not disappoint. They apartments are so clean and swimming pool is amazing. Esther and her sister are so kind and helpful and there is nothing they will not do for you. Location is spot on near everything including the fab beach. But it’s also just a little bit of the Main Street so noise is not an issue. I would 100 recommend Las Palmeras to anyone and really looking forward to our next visit.

Again , we had a nice stay at Las Palmeras. Everything was well organized and neat. Apartment is spacious clean and well equipped. If something is missing, you can ask at the reception and the problem will be resolved. I already miss Lanzarote.
