We had a great time in the hotel, it was very clean, nice big room and beautiful view. Also the staff was very kind. Only point of improvement can be the smell in the hallway to our room, but this was also in the city so it is not related only to the hotel

Heel fijn verblijf. Prachtige kamer met zeezicht en terras, lekker ontbijt, zalige ligbedden rond het zwembad. s Avonds 1 keer op het terras gegeten en was heel lekker met fantastisch uitzicht op de baai. Een aanrader!

Fabulous hotel and staff. Only criticism was that normally in a hotel of this standard a fresh still water is replenished in the room each day - not at your hotel. Only a minor thing but it is a standard nice touch tht you should offer.

Hotel Salino review

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights to try the vibe of Soller as well as the hotel given that it is new. There are a few points I would like to make. 1. The receptionist manager I believe her name is Michaela, was not very welcoming at all, she looks almost annoyed. When we checked in it felt like the hotel was doing us a favour by staying there despite the fact that we are paying €400 per night for each rooms. As the hotel looks great I thought I will bring my family next year including my elderly mother, so I asked if the hotel will be able to keep a mobility scooter if I were to rent one, the abrupt response was I dont know any rental in Soller, so I didnt bother to ask further as that was not my question and she seem to be in a bad mood. Its just that I saw that there is a wheelchair lift so I thought that your hotel might be able to keep a mobility scooter for my next visit with my family. So I never got the answer to my question. 2. I booked 2x Junior Suites sea view although the room nice it wasnt what we expected. There was no bath tub as described in the website and the view was the deck. We were in room 408 and 407, which I think were deluxe rooms. Im not sure if it is because I requested rooms next to each other or on the same floor, but if it is not available then Junior Sea View Suites should have been allocated and it should have been explained to us that there are no rooms next to each other rather than book a deluxe rooms. 3. There was no conditioners in the bathrooms, I had to ask the reception if this can be provided. My nephews didnt bother to ask but given that we are suppose to be in a Junior Suite this should have been provided in the first instance instead of us guessing if it is included or not. Despite that points I made I think the hotel rooms a beautiful but I might just book a sea view deluxe room in my next visit. I would like to give thanks to Mr. Aitor Echeverria who assisted us when we checked out, he was friendly and makes one want to return to the hotel for another vacation.

Fantastisk hotel,vi elskede vores ophold her. Perfekt belligenhed i den stille ende af bugten. Værelset var outstanding, personalet ligeså. Alt var perfecto ! We will be back
