Nou Baleares es un hotel urbano situado en un edificio histórico catalogado que te transportará en el tiempo gracias a su cuidada decoración inspirada en la época colonial. Ubicado en un edificio catalogado como racionalista, con algún toque modernista, actualmente alberga 45 habitaciones únicas, cada una de ellas con un estilo característico inspirado en sus orígenes en 1927.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. Great location , 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from the aerobús stop. This is a really charming hotel. Staff could not do enough for us, everyone was welcoming , friendly & helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely, nicely decorated, very clean and a large comfortable double bed. The restaurant & bar - excellent service and a weekly 3 course menu including a drink is great value for money. We left our luggage before & after check-incheck out - good service! We will definitely be back again we loved it! Highly recommended. Thank you very much

Very nice boutique hotel

I stayed for a week at the Nou Baleares and it was a very nice experience. Great hotel, recently renovated and interesting architecture. Its interestengly located, just a few hundered meter from the old town, kind of bordering the closest suburbs. Very different city look depending on which direction you walk. Reception was good and people great. I enjoyed their restaurant, with a weekly menu with three choices and the great breakfast that you also pick from the menu and they bring it to your table. Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. I have to complain about something, maybe the noise insulation was not the best and noise from the courtyard and corridor carried in a bit, but the hotel quieted down at 23.00 and I slept well.

Hotel muy acogedor, nos gustó mucho que hayan conservado el estilo del antiguo hostal con el toque moderno que tiene ahora. Personal muy agradable, su patio muy bonito y su restaurante Boira fabuloso. Sin duda volveremos a repetir.

Hotel con encanto

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, cama muy cómoda, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sin duda lo recomiendo, y está muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad así como desplazarte a otras zonas de la isla, ya que está muy cerca a la estación.
