Exceptional Hotel

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Mena Plaza. During our short time there, we experienced your wonderful service, your very friendly and helpful staff. Ana at reception, and the waiter at breakfast were both exceptional in the stamdard of service they delivered. We would highly recommend this hotel. The only problem we encountered was the awkwardness of the parking system. My wife suffers from claustrophobia, so going to the car was impossible for her. And for myself it was also challenging. I think it needs to be simpler. Thank you to the Hotel Mena Plaza and to all the staff. We will definately be back next year.

Localización perfecta, inmejorable. El personal muy amable y atento. Habitaciones con todo lo necesario muy buena presentación y el desayuno Buffett muy completo. Hotel espectacular!!.

Rooms were fabulous really comfortable and spotless. Fabulous location right beside the balcon. The only negative I have is the noise in the evening from all the children on the square. Otherwise highly recommend.
