Very good position, warm welcome from reception staff and manager. The hotel fit out excellent. Breakfast and lunch very good with plenty of fresh ingredients. Staff everywhere well trained and very approachable. Asked for a kettle for the room, be an idea to supply this along with Tea Bags. Also thought only offering 2 free bottles of water over a 5 night stay, disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Think a turn down service should be provided to change towels ect. However we would be very happy to return to this hotel, considering it has only just open, they are doing a great job, thankyou.

The room was very nice with good sanitary facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the extensive breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant is tasty but a minus point is the limited selection on the menu.

Kurzurlaub im März in toller Umgebung und tollem Hotel

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, diese lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr groß und geräumig, Wahnsinnsbett - extrabreit!, man fühlt sich sofort wohl wenn man das Zimmer betritt, Das Frühstücksbuffet hat nochmals alles übertroffen, Qualität und Auswahl perfekt, alles frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet, man kann auch diverse Gerichte zusätzlich bestellen! Super Lage alles fußläufig erreichbar, auch zum Wandern optimal. Überdurchschnittlich nettes Personal! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

What a beautiful brand new design hotel. Lage rooms with a beautiful view on the port of Sóller. We enjoyed each morning a delicious a-la-carte breakfast. Looking forward to come back soon.
