Transport from the airport

Taxi

The Taxi Rank is situated on floor -1 of the airport. The cost is between 75€ - 85€ and there may be supplements for car seats, bank holidays / sunday / night service.

Bus

The bus service is operated by the company Alsa and is located on floor 0. The cost is approximately 10€ per person and the journey time is about 45 minutes. There are 2 stops in Benidorm, one at the Bus Station and another on the Avenida Europa. The best option is to use a taxi from either of the bus stops to reach the Hotels, the cost is approximately 5 – 10€. Again there may be supplements.

If you have reserved a private transfer with one of the shuttle companies, these are located on floor -2.

3th time in this hotel

Vd 3e keer naar dit geweldige hotel geweest, dit keer in een suite gelogeerd Wat ons dit keer erg tegenviel waren de grote groepen jongeren die vooral s nachts erg luidruchtig thuis komen, nog nooit dit eerder in dit hotel meegemaakt. Erg jammer en niet passend v dit hotel. Ontbijt en diner weer prima verzorgd, echt top dat je bij het diner a la carte kan eten en bij het ontbijt div verschillende soorten eieren en pannenkoeken kan bestellen. Wat wel jammer was dat het diner paar keer niet in het restaurant boven geserveerd werd, maar beneden. Suite super mooi en sfeervol met goede bedden en ruim leefgedeelte en erg mooie badkamer. Ondanks de herrie vd groepen komen we zeker weer terug in de hoop dat de receptie hier iets aan doet.

Siempre me alojo en este hotel. Magnífica ubicación y comodidad. La atención es de total amabilidad y buen hacer. Especial mención a Navila y a Ana Cristina. Volveré.

Hotel bien situado muy cerca de la playa y a un paso de todo. Habitaciones de tamaño aceptable y pequeña terraza. La limpieza no fue la mejor ya que a la llegada, el suelo estaba sucio de pisadas secas de calzado embarrado y tuvimos que avisar para que repasasen el suelo. Vecinos molestos y borrachos que impidieron un descanso perfecto ajeno al hotel, pero también forma parte de la experiencia. Lo mejor, ubicación y el desayuno.

Lovely hotel, but soundproof between rooms is shocking!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are all renovated and beds super comfy! The soundproofing is shocking, the noise from next door and above is just too much! I loved the hotel, however, because of the noise from other rooms and the maids in tbe morning, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a few days!
