From Ronda take the A-374 towards Sevilla - Algodonales. At about km 12 of that road you will see the village of Montecorto on your right. Continue on the A-374 for one kilometer and you will find a road on your left sign posted Zahara. Take this road and after approximately 1 Km. turn left and you will see our Hotel on the top of the hill.

From Sevilla - Jerez follow direction Algodonales - Ronda, the A-374, after passing kilometer 11, take road on your right sign posted Zahara. Take this road and after approximately 1 Km. turn left and you will see our Hotel on the top of the hill.

Our restaurant has been built in the kitchen of the old house with its great chimney and a terrace overlooking the blue Zahara reservoir.

Lovely stay

We had a very nice stay at Cortijo Salinas. We had a lovely room, a Double Superior with a view and a small terrace. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was nice, but not exceptional. We were very impressed with the hotels history and special atmosphere. Definitely will come back!

3 nights Cortijo Salinas was such a nice experience

Orginally booked 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much that we decided to book a extra night. The location near Zahara, the Grazemela National Park is excellent. We made day trips from Cortijo Salinas to Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz. We stayed in room 20. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The view from our room could not be better. We enjoyed both the breakfast and diner provided by the hotel. We would love to come back in the future.

A peaceful short break in a stunning hotel with the most fabulous views. Friendly attentive staff and great food. A fabulous ‘get a way from it all’ stay only 30 minutes from Ronda.
