This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.
Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

In-Room Features
The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.
Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.
Which service is included in the price?
In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.
Parking
We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

Alles was weer goed verzorgd echt super verblijf gehad!! Minpunt vind ik de schoonmaak gehaast , vroeg en vloer niet altijd fris. Maar alweer geboekt voor kerst voorjaar en zomer! Bedankt weer

As per last two visits , absolutely love these apartments, as a busy childminder, I love the peace and quiet. Small complex, no fighting over sunbeds everyday. Very clean. Close to shops ,bars and restaurants. Going back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Las Palermas. Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants & bars. The apartment and pool was spotless and the staff were lovely. As a solo traveller, I always felt safe. Im looking forward to returning next year.

Buena calidad-precio estructura limpia y bien organizada. Tienen recepción abierta sólo por la mañana pero están pendiente del teléfono todo el día. Para el check-in, como llegué por la noche, me dieron un código para poder conseguir las llaves del alojamiento. Personal muy amable y profesional alojamiento muy bonito con todo lo necesario para la estancia. He valorado positivamente la tranquilidad de la estructura, me imagino que es porque tienen solo 19 habitaciones. En resumen, muy contento!!!

Apartamento con ubicación excelente y muy tranquilo teniamos un apartamento alto y viajamos con un niño. Cómodo y práctico con todo lo necesario y muy buena atención en la recepción. Le pongo un 4 sólo porque deberían renovar algo los ventiladores y los utensilios de la cocina... pero nada demasiado preocupante. Repitiremos, si tenemos ocasión!
