This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

In-Room Features

The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.

Which service is included in the price?

In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.

We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

Apartments are well located, just 5 minutes from main strip and beach. Accommodation is comfortable, suitable for 2 people, one bedroom. All appliances and furniture were in good condition. Weekly bed linen change and twice weekly cleaning and towel change. Quiet location. Reception and staff very friendly and accommidating for any requests. Pool is well maintained and suitable for able swimmers. Not suitable for small children. Highly recommend Las Palmeras 1.

Perfect als altijd!! Dit was de 7e keer en komen op 19 juli weer terug voor 5 weken dat zegt genoeg. Ook de familie die met ons mee was in appartement 12 waren zeer tevreden de start was wat minder maar binnen een half uur opgelost Top Esther!!

Great small complex

We have just returned from a 28 day stay at Las Palmeras and it will not be our last stay here. Its a small family run complex and Esther and her sister and I think her brother who looked after the pool area and the maintenance of the apartments are lovely and so helpful. The apartments have everything that you need, oven , induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer and enough pots and pans and crockery etc. Pool towels and pegs are also supplied along with a free safe and free internet on the balcony and the pool area but not fully within the apartment but it suited us. The TV has some English channels but we didnt go on holiday to watch TV. The apartments are cleaned twice per week and the bedding changed weekly. We found the beds to be very comfortable which had a duvet so a great night sleep. The cleaning girls are brilliant and hard working. Its a five minute walk to the main strip and the Spar was just round the corner. There were loads of returning client so that says it all. Thank you Esther for a lovely stay.
