Transport from the airport:
Taxi
The taxi rank is located just outside the airport. The cost is between € 25 and € 35 per way. There may be a supplement for luggage, holidays and night services.
Train
It is located a few meters from the airport. Take the train to Fuengirola, which runs every 30 minutes. The station where you will have to get off to get to the hotel is Arroyo de la Miel. The journey is 20 minutes and the price of the ticket is 2.50 € per person approximately. From the center of Arroyo de la Miel, take the bus nr 103 that will leave you at Avenida de las Palmeras, which is located on the street parallel to the hotel.
By car
By the motorway A7, taking exit 222 Benalmádena - Arroyo de la Miel. Turn left next to the Galp gas station, and continue straight ahead down towards the beach. When you reach a roundabout with windmills, turn right and continue straight ahead. A few meters to the right you can see the hotel. Turn right again at the next roundabout to reach the entrance.

The Hotel Alba Beach (prev. Balmoral) has a small private parking area at the side of the hotel. There are a limited number of spaces available and therefore we are unable to take forward reservations for the parking spaces. Parking can be paid for on arrival at the hotel when checking in, if there are places available.
The price for a parking space is from 5-15€ per day dependent on the month of the year.

We stay here twice a year, February and October this time we stayed in room 701 great views right by the centre lift but no lift noise and its on an end so no room against your headboard wall, great fridge, air con machine needs cleaning and a bit noisy, had a problem with Ants in my clothes so when i put my shirt on i was covered freaked me out, however staff gave me some ant killing spray so solved the problem, feel for a superior room it lacks a bottle opener cork screw and a box of tissues to blow your nose other than that no complaints rooms very dated but the hotel price reflects that, so see you in February 2026, And a shout out to the lady who cooks the eggs and omelettes in the dining room i think her name is Marie every day she would smile and say 4 eggs sir cooked well done even though the was a tray already cooked lovely lady

I really liked the fact that it was right next to the beach, the delicious food and the little touches. A bottle of wine and a cup.

Estancia agradable, buen precio y aun un poco antiguo todo limpio lo que compensa. El unico pero un camarero de la barra que no lo hacia ni facil ni comodo ademas de desconocer como hacer un coctel.
